White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

All-Purpose Flour Kosher Salt Baking Soda Unsalted Butter Sugar Light Brown Sugar White Miso Paste Vanilla Extract Large Egg White Chocolate Chunks

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add unsalted butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt to a bowl of a stand mixer. Cream the ingredients until light and fluffy.

Add egg & mix. Add egg and mix until well incorporated.

Sift Flour and Baking Soda. Sift in flour and baking soda. Fold into the batter using a spatula, just until ingredients are well incorporated. Do not overmix.

Add white chocolate chunks and refrigerate. Fold in white chocolate chunks. Cover mixing bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

Spoon dough into balls. Preheat oven to 350°F. Using a cookie scooper, scoop out dough and place on a prepared baking sheet. Be sure to space them apart as they will spread.

Bake. Bake on the center rack of oven for 12-14 minutes or until edges are a light golden brown.

Remove from oven and cool completely before eating So chewy, soft and delicious –sweet & savory flavor.
