Tomatillos Cilantro White onion Avocado Lime juice Garlic Serrano pepper Jalapeño Kosher salt
Fill with water just until the tomatillos start to float. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 5 minutes, uncovered.
Add ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until finely chopped.
Season to taste with kosher salt and adjust with more lime juice, if needed. Enjoy with tortilla chips and/or atop tacos.
