Make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and set aside and prepare vegetables.
Make stir make. Next, in a wok over high heat, add avocado oil, shallots and garlic. Sauté for 2 mins then add chilis. Next, add chicken and cook for 6 mins.
Add sauce. Pour in sauce mixture and mix well, ensuring chicken is coated in mixture. Cook for 2 minutes or until sauce has slightly reduced. Turn off flame and add holy basil and stir.
Fry Egg in wok and cook to your desired yolk preference.
Then add egg to the bowl with Thai basil chicken and steamed rice. Enjoy!
