Whipped Feta + Marinated Olives

Smooth, tangy and salty, this whipped feta recipe makes for the perfect appetizer! Serve this delicious spread with crostini, crudités, pita, or sandwiches!

Kalamata + Castelvetrano Olives Quality Olive Oil Lemon Rind Thyme Fennel Seeds Spring Rosemary Kosher Salt Feta, Sheep's Milk Cream Cheese Lemon Juice

Step 1

Make marinated olives. Add olives, olive oil, lemon peel, thyme, fennel seeds, rosemary & salt to a small saucepan and mix well. Simmer for 4 minutes, until fragrant. Set aside to cool.

Make whipped feta. Add feta, cream cheese and lemon juice all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 4

Plate and top with marinated olives. Spoon smooth and creamy whipped feta into a serving bowl. Top with marinated olives–including infused olive oil– and discard lemon peel.

Serve with crostini, pita bread, crudité, or on sandwiches!
