Pork Lumpia Shanghai is a popular Filipino version of spring rolls filled with vegetables and ground pork.

–Freshly Cracked Pepper
–Kosher salt and Pepper
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix well, ensuring vegetables are well incorporated into ground meat.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow flavors to marry.
Add 2 tablespoons of filling to lumpia wrapper and fold. Seal edges with water. Keep folded lumpia under a towel to keep from drying out.
Fry lumpia for 4-5 minutes or under golden brown
on all sides.
