Add oil to a wok med-high heat, then add garlic and onion & keep a consistent stir. Sauté then add celery and carrot and cook for 1 min.
Add cabbage and snow peas, then cook for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, sauces, then bring liquid to a boil. Add pancit canton noodles. Cook and stir until liquid is completely absorbed.
Divide pancit canton among bowls and serve with a lemon (or calamansi) wedge and a grind of freshly cracked black pepper.
