Sharing my favorite easy herbed mashed potatoes. These spuds are creamy, buttery, rich, flavorful, easy to make, and don’t last long at the dinner table–they’re just too good!
Step 1: Place potatoes in a large pot. Add water about 1 inch above potatoes and add kosher salt. Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer. Cook for 13-16 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
