This dilly deviled eggs recipe is a must-have at gatherings. Made with eggs, fresh dill, mayo, dijon mustard, then topped with smoked salmon. Simple and delish!

– Large eggs – Smoked salmon – Quality mayonnaise – Sour cream – Dijon mustard – Fresh dill – Smoked paprika – Capers plus caper brine – White pepper – Kosher salt
Cook: 13 Min
Add eggs to boiling water and cook for 13 mins. Next, place in an ice bath for 10 mins. Peel eggs under running water, then halve width-wise and scoop out the yolk.
Add yolks and filling ingredients to a bowl and mix until creamy. Place filling in a ziplock bag and pipe into egg cavity.
Top with smoked salmon, fresh dill and freshly cracked black pepper.
