– Chicken Breast – Olive Oil – Salt + Pepper – Butter – Onion, Carrots, Celery – Parsley – Thyme – White Wine – All-Purpose Flour – Chicken Broth – Mustard – Heavy Cream

Step 1: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and bake at 350°F until cooked through. Set aside and shred once cooled.

Step 2: Chop vegetables, then sauté until tender. Next, stir in thyme and parsley.

Step 3: Add wine and cook until liquid reduces by about half.

Step 4: Next, add flour and stir until mixture is well combined. Once thick, add chicken broth, heavy cream and shredded chicken.

Step 5: Divide filling among 4 oven-safe ramekins + top with puff pastry. Brush tops with an egg wash and cut 3 slits across.

Step 8: Bake for 20 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
