– Active Dry Yeast  – Sugar – All Purpose Flour – Bread Flour – Kosher Salt – Unsalted Butter – Eggs – Whole Milk – Water

Once yeast has proofed, add to wet and dry ingredients.

Knead Dough

Once ingredients form into a dough, knead for 5 minute. Dough should have a tacky, but not sticky texture.

First Proof

Cover dough with plastic wrap. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Roll Dough, Second Rise

Once dough has doubled in size, punch dough. Knead and roll into 12 balls. Leave to rise for one hour.

Bake

Once dough rises, brush with an egg wash and bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 minutes.
