Garlic Parmesan Wings
Super crispy air fryer garlic parmesan wings are full of flavor. Tender, juicy, buttery, garlicky, and made with with the perfect amount of seasoning
Ingredients You'll Need
– Chicken Wings
– Salted Butter
– Flat Leaf Parsley
– Parmigiano Reggiano aka Parmesan Cheese
– Kosher Salt
– Freshly Cracked Pepper
– Garlic Powder
– Avocado Oil Spray
Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings
Pat wings dry, then season both sides of wings generously with kosher salt, pepper and garlic powder.
1. Season Wings
Cook wings in air fryer using "chicken" setting at 360°F for 25 minutes, flipping at the 13 minute mark.
2. Add Wings to Air Fryer
After cycle completes, flip wings again and cook for 3 minutes at 400°F. Lastly, flip wings on last time and cook for 2 minutes at 400°F.
3. Flip Wings, Cook, Repeat.
In a small saucepan over low heat, add butter & minced garlic. Cook low and slow. Cook for 2 minutes. Mince parsley, set aside.
4. Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Once wings are ready, place in a mixing bowl. Top with melted butter and garlic mixture & mix with parsley. Top with freshly ground parmesan. Mix again.
5. Mix Wings with Sauce
Pair with a salad, a favorite side dish or enjoy as an appetizer! Best if you double the recipe–they're finger-licking-good!
