- 2½ tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced, not bottled
- 2½ tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon aleppo pepper
- 3 tablespoons water
- Diamond Crystal kosher salt, to taste, if needed
